What does the price include?
The price of your tour covers pick-up and drop-off at your chosen accommodation, along with a comfortable vehicle and the services of a dedicated driver/guide. All vehicle-related costs, such as fuel, insurance, are included. However, the price does not include meals, admission fees, or the costs of any additional excursions or ferry costs. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to contact us by email before booking.
Is accommodation included in the tour package?
- We’ve chosen not to include accommodation in our packages to provide greater flexibility for our guests. This allows you to select options that best suit your preferences, budget, and the specific tours you plan to enjoy. Staying in various locations rather than one central spot often enhances the experience, especially for rural or multi-town tours.
- Whilst we do not offer a service to make hotel reservations on behalf of our guests, we are happy to suggest accommodations at the overnight stops along your tour. Please be aware that some locations on our multi-day tours, particularly those off the mainland, are extremely popular during peak season. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend booking early.
What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend bringing waterproof clothing, comfortable walking shoes, any necessary medications, health supplies, and travel insurance documentation.
Are your tours accessible for people with disabilities?
We strive to accommodate all guests, but some tours may involve walking on uneven surfaces, climbing stairs, or other activities that may not be suitable for all individuals. Please discuss any mobility concerns with us prior to booking so we can make reasonable accommodations.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us in advance so we can make necessary arrangements for meals and refreshments.
What happens in case of a medical emergency?
In the event of a medical emergency, guests are advised to have their own health insurance to cover any potential medical expenses. First aid kits are available in our vehicles. If you experience any health concerns during the tour, please inform the guide immediately.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Changes to the tour itinerary can be made with 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. An additional charge may apply for modifications. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes.
Can I request a different pick-up or drop-off location for all your tours
